Parcel Dispatch and Delivery Timeframe: We are located in the heart of Kakadu National Park, and although we have fixed roads and infrastructure... everything takes a little longer out here. We kindly request your understanding that our parcels are dispatched to the local post office in Jabiru on a weekly basis. Subsequently, they are expedited to Darwin for a prompt dispatch. Please anticipate a potential one-week transit period for your package to reach Jabiru, and we appreciate your consideration when acquiring our authentic artworks. We assure you that the wait will be well worth it!

We primarily utilise Australia Post for our shipping needs, ensuring reliable and secure delivery of your orders. Depending on your location, we offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: This option typically takes up around 10-15 business days for delivery within Australia. Please understand this time is longer than standard delivery times due to our remote location in the Northern Territory. The cost may vary based on the size and weight of your package. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. The time and cost of delivery will vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Please note that customs and import duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
*Please note: Express Shipping is unavailable for your parcel due to our remote location. It may take up to 1 week for your purchased goods to make their way to Australia Post.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, we aim to process it within 3 business days. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
